Serviço de mergulho. Não mergulho, mas vi o treinamento na piscina do hotel, e posteriormente a saída para o mergulho, achei o treinamento excelente, muito pacientes e profissionais. Pelo quê vi, recomendo muito! O treinamento é feito em 2 etapas, manhã e tarde, durante 1 hora, e 3 horas, com 2 mergulhos de barco. Ver com Martin. O preço hoje, 28/04 é $ 138 ( dolares).)1

My wife and I wanted to re-create a great diving experience we had some 27 years ago in the area. As I was staying at this hotel I thought it was convenient to have my wife do a refresher course and then later in the day a 2 tank dive with me. We dove at the reef in front of the hotel with great visibility but the dive was cut short as the divemaster put up the marker way too soon. When I surfaced I had 1200 psi in my tank. I could have had another 15 min of dive time easily as we were only about 40'. As we boarded the boat for the second dive the deck hands immediately swapped out the tanks and I thought we could have a little water and a little surface interval. That was not to be. The staff informed me to get ready for the second dive immediately and my wife needed a little break so she skipped the dive. We felt rushed. On the second dive again I was disappointed as the dive instructor sent up the marker and I still had plenty of air. The staff was very professional and friendly but appeared more concerned about the timeline for the boat being back for the next snorkeling trip than the well being and comfort of their customers in the boat.

Honestly, I’m not a fan of resorts in general but I’ve never experienced a lack of customer service like I did here. The front desk always gave me push back for any request. It didn’t help that the phone in my room didn’t work so I had to walk to the front to ask for anything, even towels that never got replenished. There were other issues with our stay there (we were a group of 100 people for a wedding) but I will say the bartenders are very sweet, every single one of them.
