I’ve never had such a painful wax in my entire life. The lady for the wax got the wax stuck on whilst pulling 6 times! And hasn’t even taken all the hair off which I had paid for.

I recently moved from Los Angeles California where I had to go to one place for my nails, one place for facials, one place for massages and now I can do all of my personal maintenance in one place!! They give seriously the BEST mani/pedi I've ever had. (just tell them no cutting-my opinion). The spa itself is serene and welcoming. The small details stand out. I visit Tai every week and I will tell all my friends about this gem of a spa. Thank you to the creators. <3 <3 <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, spoke English well which was great as my Spanish isn't that fluent, yet. Enjoyed a 60 minute gentle massage and wish I got a longer one. Not too far from Tulum city center, ordered an Uber there and it took about 10 or so minutes and walked back in the evening. Totally doable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update #2: Tai Spa has become the ONLY place that my wife and I go for massage therapy in Mérida. They are consistently amazing. Renata, Cinthia, and Angeles are our go-to therapists. But everyone that has ever attended to us there has done an excellent job. In addition, Tai Spa is taking all of the necessary measures to be safe and protect themselves and their clients from COVID-19. Book with confidence.
Update: my wife and I just came for the second time. My massage was even better this time! Cynthia is incredible! If I could rate Tai Spa 10-stars I would! Thank you!

Had a gel manicure and a pedicure . Jessica was great with gel. Laura did my pedi.
Beautiful and tranquil ambiance. Very clean and relaxing. Beautiful garden view from the mani/pedi area.
Book my body scrub and body massage for Sunday. Definitely my new favorite spa in Merida .
