Debido a la pandemia y cancelación de turismo, solicite cancelar el viaje, el cual fui atendido muy descortés y prepotentemente por Claudia. Diciéndome directamente que yo no sabia nada de agencia y cuando tuviera la mía podría hacer lo que quisiera. El trato fue absurdo NO RECOMIENDO DICHA agencia. Si quieres perder tu tiempo, dinero mejor ve a otro lado. Hay a la fecha sigo esperando su dichosa atención. Total simplemente optaron por quedarse con mi dinero. Sus dichosas Políticas son quedarse con mi dinero, ojalá que les haga provecho. Simplemente patética agencia, tengan cuidado.
