De igual forma aprendes sobre las técnicas que tienes que realizar en cada ejercicio ya que te explican para que sirve y para evitar cualquier tipo de lesion.
Antes y despues de cada entrenamiento estiramos el cuerpo por lo que es por ello que me siento plenamente contento de pertenecer a esta gran familia y lugar de crossfit
Se los recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que tenga metas y que quiera superar sus miedos, a cambiar la espectativa q tienen ya que es un deporte muy bueno.

In the same way you learn about the techniques that you have to perform in each exercise since they explain what it is for and to avoid any type of injury.
Before and after each workout we stretch the body so that is why I feel fully happy to belong to this great family and crossfit place
I highly recommend them to anyone who has goals and wants to overcome their fears, to change the expectation they have since it is a very good sport.
