★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! As soon as I entered my room, there was hammering so loud it sounded as if it was in my room. Then the sawing began. Constant loud construction noise with no escape. My window overlooked a construction zone and the construction workers had a direct view into my room. I had a pounding headache within 5 minutes of being in the room. You couldn't pay me to stay in a room with such loud and constant construction noise, let alone charge me money to do so! Anyone posting a review that is more than one star obviously has been bribed to do so. It's a greedy business practice to rent out a room that has so much constantly loud noise when the hotel is clearly still under construction and for that reason I will never be back even after construction is complete. They care more for money than customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is brand new and in a perfect location between a main street to the beach and near all of Tulums restaurants and popular clubs. Service here was above fantastic! The whole crew made you feel very welcome. Herandi is an absolute gem! She is the first young lady you'll most likely meet when you check in. She hands out her direct contact information and is there to help you find whatever you may be looking for, tours, bikes, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to bringing the kiddos back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOOK THIS PLACE ASAP if you get the chance. This resort was amazing. Their facilities are basically brand new and they have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Tulum. We got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room and it was literally the biggest room I have ever seen! We even had a private jacuzzi… Trust me when I say you will not regret this. Price was also extremely reasonable for what you get. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Only con would be that the resort is still under construction but that might actually be a good thing since the capacity is limited and hence there are fewer guests sharing the facilities, it almost feels like you have the whole place to yourself. It is also about a 15 min walk from the town which is not bad at all for me but might feel far for some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. The service of the staff here is outstanding. They have a message system through WhatsApp and are very attentive to every request. The food in the hotel is great too and at an affordable rate. The construction did not bother us at all. Their amenities are very upscale and are laid out far enough from each other to get away from other people staying at the hotel. You can request taxis through the front desk and they’re always on time. It is close to a lot of small stores and restaurants if you’re willing to walk 10-15 minutes, definitely worth it. We would 100% come back. What really showed how customer orientated they are is their response to a problem we had in the room we were initially assigned. There was a leak coming from the wall AC and onto the floor & upon calling them to check it out, they switched us to a different room with an upgrade no questions asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t realize how much construction was happening here BUT we had a great time. It’s a very relaxing hotel. Dan was the BEST conciërge ever. He brought a whole aloe leaf when we only thought it would be a standard after sun gel. Above and beyond. Super friendly and a lot of amenities. Some reviews of not having rooms cleaned etc. I think need to respectfully communicate their needs more to the staff. We stayed here for a few nights after lodging on the beach and it was a good location to get into town. Rent bikes and have them delivered to the hotel for easy transportation. Highly recommend for low cost stay but more resort vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 8 days during my first time in Tulum and it was terrific! The hotel is basically brand new and while there is construction actively going on (and a little more dust than normal) it did not detract from my stay in the slightest. The whole staff was amazing, especially Dan and Omar, and we felt right at home. I booked online and was given a surprise upgrade to a room with a private rooftop pool! My room was cleaned every day, breakfast was included and there was free yoga 5 days a week in the mornings! It is a 10-15 min walk to the downtown strip and a 15 min drive to the beach. Because the hotel wasn't finished the amenities weren't as busy and we practically had one of the two hotel pools to ourselves the entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Tulum and expect the property to be beautiful once construction is finished!
