★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice hostel, they have a great happy hour everyday which is free caipirinhas for one hour. It’s a good way to meet new people. The private room was decent, air con was good and had a balcony. However the temperature in the shower never heated up. Wasn’t a major issue as we only stayed one night. Overall a good place to stay

Many people have said what I would say already.
Delicious breakfast. Large Kitchen. Free drinks for an hour every day. Attached tour company. Great staff. Live entertainment. Pool. Hammocks. Well located. Great atmosphere. Great for meeting people and partying - but not too insane. Most people continue the party elsewhere.
Not all power outlets were working, and there wasn't any hot water - But these didn't upset me much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I figured during these tough times with Covid that you would be more receptive to attending to potential customers. You are the exception to the rule I guess! I tried calling you on the 3 phone numbers that are listed for your Hostel and sent you a message on messanger(which was seen) and received no reply. Do not worry about it, I booked my 4 night stay at another establishment who responds to customers inquiries. It cost a little more, but I am willing to pay a little more for good customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night in a private room but the service was really great. Alejandro was very helpful and accommodating with everything. Temperature check and hand sanitizer required every time you enter. Free yoga too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely there water pressure, Over firm Firm beds, Barking dogs, A next door rooster... to name a few things. But communal spaces like game/reading nook, kitchen and pool try to make up for these detractors. It's a HOSTEL... in every sense of the old school word. Hostels have come a long way... this one is charming but needs a lot of TLC to be great again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone there was so kind and respectful during my stay, it truly felt like I was at home and sharing with my family! The hostel is big and has so many different open spaces for you to find your peace or go on and socialize. I will definitely be back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a great place, with a dive shop attached for exploring the cave system below Tulum!!! The hostel has a pool and dorms with AC, The staff was friendly and there was plenty to do - It is central located and easy to get around. I have stayed here several times on my travels to Mexico. OVER ALL a great hostel - dive rates at the shop are reasonable (about the cost of anywhere else but they were so cool)
