The White Loft - San Ramón Nte

Mi experiencia en The White Loft fue nefasta con el dr. Christian. Su trabajo no es confiable; es incongruente. De nada sirvieron sus largas y aburridas explicaciones, pues al momento de actuar hacía algo totalmente diferente. Me dejó mal mi habilitación bucal. En el maxilar superior (arco corto) me puso 3 estilos de dientes diferentes, y también 3 colores y formas diferentes. Me dejó sensibilidad en los incisivos superiores. En mi maxilar inferior las carillas quedaron irregulares. Las carillas inferiores me las colocó en marzo 2020 y en mayo 2020 estaban descarapelados. Le avisé y me dijo sin verlas que no era cierto. Siempre que le externé algo referente a lo que me prometió y no hizo,su respuesta fue "no es cierto". Era su palabra contra la mía porque nunca me dió nada por escrito, ni diagnóstico, presupuesto. Él dio por terminado el trabajo, no obstante que le externé mi descontento. Y no me dió garantía. Yo no recomiendo que vayan a su consulta. Pero si van, cuiden su dinero, su tiempo y vigilen que realmente les cumpla lo que promete.

I would never recommend a place that does not give guarantee about their materials or procedures. Maybe for a dental cleaning it's okay, but not for a complex procedure like implants or veneers. Also, I would doubt a lot from a place that deletes negative reviews from their site. How can you know how many they have deleted before? --o-- Je ne recommanderais jamais un endroit qui ne donne aucune garantie sur leurs matériaux ou procédures. Peut-être que pour un nettoyage dentaire c'est bien, mais pas pour une procédure complexe comme les implants ou les facettes. De plus, je doute beaucoup d'un endroit qui supprime les critiques négatives de leur site. --o-- Ich würde niemals einen Ort empfehlen, der keine Garantie für ihre Materialien oder Verfahren gibt. Vielleicht ist es für eine Zahnreinigung in Ordnung, aber nicht für ein komplexes Verfahren wie Implantate oder Veneers. Außerdem würde ich viel an einem Ort zweifeln, der negative Bewertungen von seiner Website löscht.

El Dr. Christian me retiró las muelas del juicio que venían complicadas y fue una EXCELENTE intervención, me sentí segura en todo momento y el seguimiento fue muy muy bueno. Ahora me encuentro en tratamiento de Invisalign con la Dra. Maggie y de la misma manera, todooo increíble, el trato, el lugar, la tecnología que usan!! Lo mejor en clínica dental en Mérida!

Todo de maravilla un excelente lugar qué cuenta con lo último en tecnología y profesionales siempre a la vanguardia y el trato, ni hablar simplemente lo mejor de Mérida. Tuve la fortuna de ser atendido por el Dr Christian especialista en prótesis e Implantología y la Dra Stephanie endodoncia quienes en conjunto me realizaron una cirugía de apicectomía, yo siendo dentista los recomiendo ampliamente un servicio de excelencia que supera cualquier expectativa. Nunca me había topado con especialistas tan capaces en su especialidad.

First, let me tell you that they delete negative comments on Facebook!!! Take Care. My mother and I had a terrible experience with the implantology area, with some Dr. Christian. Take care. He is very informal and unprofessional. He made a smile design without taking into account the patient's needs or expectations. Then, he is not used to give written diagnoses, budget or work plan. Therefore, he and the white loft do not feel responsible for their work. That leaves you as a patient without any guarantee or protection. He placed Dental Veneers that he promised to last years, but after just a month they were scrapped. They use bad quality supplies. When we complained, he offered to fix it for DOUBLE the price. Very good business for them, terrible investment for the patients. Please, do not visit the White Loft.

Best experience ever at a dentist’s office. Very professional and great work from Dr. Christian. They have a very pleasant and comfortable environment throughout the entire clinic. I would highly recommend to anyone !!

Excellent service, clear and simple explanations throughout the whole treatment. I nervous person, but Dr. very patient and no pain :) He answered all my questions always. I very satisfied. Clinic very pretty and price is ok.
