★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this hidden gem by pure coincidence, they serve coffee from Chiapas washed and natural process. the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They roast their own coffee to perfection, they sell green and roasted coffee also. I could have stayed for hours talking about coffee. I highly recommend this place, I will be back my friend

A fine little family-run place to have high quality coffee. They roast themselves - so you are welcomed with a tempting coffee smell and a big warm smile when you enter :)
I loved their cacao and banana bread as well! They offer a quiet, cool space to sit down and relax for a while. Friendly service always !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to buy freshly roasted coffee beans in Mérida, without a doubt, and the prices are good too. Also a great little cafe to work from as you sip on their cold brew, which was one of the best I've tasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the aeropress with Purplehaze beans. Six plus years of working in specialty coffee & I highly recommend this roaster for anyone looking for a well crafted cup. There are multiple brewing methods available to fit your pallet needs.
Though there was a language barrier between the staff and myself we were able to connect over delicious coffee. Everyone was all smiles and eager to showcase their art allowing to me to watch and take pictures.
