Al dia siguiente intente realizar la devolucion porque no era compatible para utilizarlo con aplicaciones de mi compañia y el servicio por parte de todos ahi fue terrible/pesimo ni si quiera quisieron darme su nombre. Ante la negativa de la devolucion y la Poco respuesta efectiva del personal mi Esposo decidio quedarselo. 7 meses despues mientras estabamos esperando unos documentos en X agencia de Autos de repente se apago. Pensamos que se habia descargado pero no fue asi. Al llevarlo mencionan que se cayo o nos sentamos encima y se rompio la pantalla interna la cual no es visible al menos que tengas el conocimiento y las herramientas correctas. Leyendo comentarios veo que no es la primera vez algun defecto en la pantalla. En resumen la Garantia es nula, El servicio y solucion pesima. Y sus comentarios esos en respuesta a estos review no solucionan pero ojala llegue a mas posibles clientes y no Les pase lo mismo. Una estrella porque no se puede poner ningun XXXXX. We bought a Demo team with the Guarantee that everything would work correctly and that it would have a Guarantee like any other team and at an extremely expensive price to be a Demo. The next day I tried to make the return because it was not compatible to use it with my company's applications and the service from everyone there was terrible/terrible, they did not even want to give me their name. Given the refusal of the return and the little effective response of the staff, my husband decided to keep it. 7 months later, while we were waiting for some documents at X Auto agency, it suddenly turned off. We thought it had been downloaded but it was not. When wearing it they mention that it fell or we sat on it and the internal screen broke which is not visible unless you have the correct knowledge and tools. Reading comments I see that it is not the first time there has been a defect on the screen. In short, the guarantee is null, the service and solution is lousy. And your comments in response to these reviews do not solve but hopefully it reaches more potential customers and the same does not happen to them. One star because you can not put any XXXXX.
