I made my appointment and besides that they treated me terrible they made me wait a lot. I do not recommend this place at all. Nefarious, avoid the pain of being treated badly and wasting your time. Besides everything they do to the race and bad. By the way they don't have a variety of Jelish colors. And because of the races I didn't see the cleaning instruments disinfected.

On Saturday August 11 I went to the San Ángel branch. The place is beautiful, beautiful facilities as well as the decoration. But terrible service from the girls, make an appointment and ask about the services since it was the first time I went and they had a hard time describing the services to me. I arrived at my appointment and instead of greeting me and saying good afternoon they ask you if you have an appointment, the girl who made the request tells me from the back of the establishment to choose my nail polish instead of coming over to greet me and greet me . The prices are very high and they are really not worth it, they use Sally Beauty products and I am not saying they are bad but they charge you very dearly for the use of those products, I love Sally but I was expecting exclusive treatments. Again I asked about the services again since they do not have a tariff where they describe the services and the girl with the face of not wanting to give me the information reluctantly repeated them to me again. I was very disappointed in the attention and services, I expected something warmer, I decided on The White Room to try the experience but really nothing pleasant and quite uncomfortable, I do not refuse to pay their prices if they give me a unique experience but it was not the case. I wrote my complaint on Messenger and they did not have the attention to answer me, my nails mmmm because my gelish in my hands begins to crumble and it does not have 72 hours of its application. I really don't recommend it and would never go back.

The incredible attention, only that a week after they painted my nails, they dismissed me, I informed them and without problem they asked me to present myself again, and everything was fine.

It is the second time that they do manicures so I don't have much comparison but according to me it turned out well. I went to a bachelorette party here where they could paint our nails, apply gelish or do a paraffin treatment. Some of those who became gelish were not very happy. The place is beautiful and it's good for a hen party, but for few people (maximum 15) because the place is not very big.
