★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerraba los ojos y me imaginaba en plena selva, el grito de los mapaches, los pájaros, grillos, vegetación exuberante, el clima, etc.
Resort espectacular, enorme, habitaciones amplias , comodas y con jacussi.
Muchos restaurantes, muchas piscinas , muchos bares, espectáculos variados.
La playa maravillosa, arenas blancas y agua turquesa.
La atención de primera.
Lo recomiendo 100%
I closed my eyes and imagined in the middle of the jungle, the cry of raccoons, birds, crickets, lush vegetation, the weather, etc.
Spectacular, huge resort, spacious, comfortable rooms with jacussi.
Many restaurants, many swimming pools, many bars, varied shows.
The wonderful beach, white sand and turquoise water.
The first attention.
I recommend it 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindos los eventos que realiza el hotel , tiene artistas de buen nivel evidentemente no es cocobongo pero los espectáculos son de buen nivel con bandas en vivo, suficiente para pasar unas horas de diversión dentro del resort.
Very nice events that the hotel performs, it has artists of good level is obviously not cocobongo but the shows are of good level with live bands, enough to spend a few hours of fun inside the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO HOTEL , LO PEOR EN PLAYA DEL CARMEN. Empezando por el personal que es super grosero y te atiende super mal . El Hotel es viejo y las habitaciones sucias. Restaurantes insuficientes , y el buffet demasiado escaso. El personal de recepcion super lento , mas de una hora para un checkin . La playa es otro punto aparte esta ESPANTOSA , si es que a eso se le puede llamar playa , muchas rocas y exceso de sargazo , no se puede ni caminar , no hay playa por que esta repleto de rocas . En definitiva hay mucho mas hoteles que por el mismo precio te pueden ofrecer mejores instalaciones y sobre todo servicio . LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA
AWFUL HOTEL, THE WORST IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN. Starting with the staff that is super rude and treats you very badly. The Hotel is old and the rooms are dirty. Insufficient restaurants, and the buffet too little. The reception staff super slow, more than an hour for a checkin. The beach is another point apart, it is AWFUL, if you can call that a beach, many rocks and excess sargassum, you can't even walk, there is no beach because it is full of rocks. In short, there are much more hotels that for the same price can offer you better facilities and, above all, service. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
