Great Tours to Tulum/Casa Tortugas Cenotes, Sian Káan We have been coming to Royal Haciendas for years and have always used Thomas More for our airport transfers. They provide consistently reliable, comfortable, safe and affordable service and we know it will make our arrival easy and hassle free without having to deal with any of the hustlers at the Cancun airport. This visit we also booked 2 tours through Thomas More, one to Tulum and Casa Tortugas cenotes and one to Sian Káan Biosphere. Both were great experiences. Our drivers and guides were very professional and pleasant and showed us a wonderful time. Casa Tortugas was the loveliest cenote we've been to in the area, large, uncrowded and just beautiful and so refreshing after the heat at Tulum. Juan Carlos was our guide and was very helpful. Sian Káan is a magnificent unspoiled reserve which I had wanted to visit for years but thought it would be too difficult or expensive to do. Ricardo with Yaakun Tours guided the 4 of us (seniors) on an amazing boat tour of the lagoon and an incredible float experience down a long canal through mangroves. Truly a one of a kind adventure in paradise. The only thing we had not anticipated which was not a problem for us but might be for others was that when you have floated down the canal for a half hour or so, you walk back to your boat on a boardwalk for some distance and the boards can be quite uneven...something to consider for anyone who has challenges with walking. But Ricardo made our day trip to Sian Káan a breeze with a stop at Akumal for lunch at LolHa, a delightful surprise as we have been there numerous times and love the place. We had Pedro take us from Royal Haciendas to the Royal Islander last night. Pedro was awesome! He was friendly, personable, easy to talk to and gave us lots of ideas for Cancun. We highly recommend asking for Pedro to drive you.

We were in a tour from Cancun to Cenote Hubicum, to Chichen Itza and Valladolid city. Good services, tour proffesional organized, with perfect scheduling. Alfonso, the guide is gold for agency. Deep knowledges, best presentation. One of the best guides who I met ever! Driver, Jesus the same, very very good! The only thing for I didnt rate 5* is the coach. Not very modern had a issue with WC...It smelled in all the bus, also nobody used it.

Excellent choice for transportation to and from the Royal Resorts. We usually purchase one-way going to the resort, and then catch a cab when we return home. They provide on site service to arrange and purchase excursions, tours and transportation. It is important to note that if you need to cancel you must let them know as soon as possible! As with any business, you can be charged if you do not follow proper cancellation policy.
