★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I were sitting on Calle Lázaro Cárdenas, taking a break from the crowds, when a lovely American woman stopped to chat. She had a beautiful hair cut, which she said had been done by Sebastian at the Thomas Simon Salon, over one block on Carranza. We made appointments and had fabulous results. Sebastian cut my friend's long hair in a very sophisticated style that brought out the complexity in her grey and white locks. He called my previous cut "perfect and classic" and just trimmed and shaped but with excellent results. We will return every time we're in PV.
