★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, nada mas decepcionante que llegar con una reservacion hecha y prepagada, a las 4:30 am y que no tengan tu carro, pero aun peor que tampoco tengan un carro superior!!! Les llame al teléfono de atención 24 hrs y No contestaron. Mandaron un mensaje de texto veinte minutos después y una pregunta dos horas y media después , también por texto. Pésimo servicio.
Como les reporte la renta no se efectuó debido a que no tenían carros disponibles en el momento que llegue al aeropuerto, me atendió el Sr. Carlos Mancilla que de forma clara y reiteradamente me dijo que no tenían otro carro aparte de un solo aveo, que no se ajustaba a mis necesidades. Tampoco pudo o quiso comunicarme con alguien mas y me dijo que hasta las 8:00 am llegaría personal que pudiera atender mi queja. Y del reembolso, van dos días y no se reportan ni por mail ni por teléfono ni por mensaje me pueden dar la cara...
Terrible service, nothing more disappointing than arriving with a reservation made and prepaid, at 4:30 am and not having your car, but even worse that they do not have a superior car either !!! I called them to the 24 hour helpline and they did not answer. They sent a text message twenty minutes later and a question two and a half hours later, also by text. Terrible service.
As I reported the rent to them, it was not made because they did not have cars available when I arrived at the airport, Mr. Carlos Mancilla answered me, who clearly and repeatedly told me that they had no other car apart from a single aveo, that It did not suit my needs. He was also unable or willing to communicate with someone else and told me that staff would arrive until 8:00 am who could attend to my complaint. And the reimbursement, they go two days and they are not reported neither by mail nor by phone nor by message they can give me their face ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimos, su asistencia en el camino no existe, explotó una llanta, tenía desgaste en las cuerdas y en la aclaración posterior hacen hasta lo imposible por no responder, incluso no leen y desechan la aclaración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad es una falta de respeto que la agencia ofrezca carros que al momento de llegar a recogerlo, no lo tengan y te ofrezcan otros por el triple de precio que se había reservado, ( thrifty ) cero aconsejable, nada recomendado, enserio no le hagan.

Evita un mal rato y busca otra compañía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible esta agencia pero en general Hertz!! No tienen ni el mas mínimo respeto por los clientes. Haces una reserva con 1 semana de antelación, pagas la reserva y a la mera hora que vas a recoger el coche te dicen muy calmadamente que no tienen disponibilidad!! Donde queda su gestión? Su atención? Pues nula totalmente!! Deberían cerrar y darles pena en brindar un servicio tan pésimo!!! Ya caí y espero que nadie más lo haga..
Horrible this agency but in general Hertz !! They have not the slightest respect for customers. You make a reservation 1 week in advance, you pay for the reservation and at the very hour that you are going to pick up the car they tell you very calmly that they have no availability! Where is your management? Your attention? Well totally null! They should close and feel sorry for providing such lousy service!!! I already fell and I hope no one else does..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en terminal 2, llegas confiado de que tienes una reservación ya echa para que te digan que no tienen el vehículo pésima actitud hacia el cliente no merecen ni una estrella… los supervisores sin moverse ni ofrecer ninguna solución…ni se estresen reservando por qué será un mal sabor de boca cuando lleguen por el “auto rentado”
