★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, the line took 2 hours. Their systems are too old and one of them computers malfunctioned for 45 minutes. It's also crazy that ticketmaster makes you pick up tickets you purchased onlkne. Definitely avoid on weekends when the mall is crowded as the line was much longer than a during a weeknight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, yes, many of the points made are correct. The line was long, and it took about an hour to get my tickets. However, in contrast to the other Ticket Master locations that I visited prior to finding this one, at least it was open and accessible. The first one I tried to get to was located in a large arena and the gates were locked by security; because my name was not on the list, I was not allowed in. The second one that was theoretically located in a small department or grocery store in a nearby neighborhood did not appear to be located at the same place on the Google map so after wandering around aimlessly for half an hour I gave up and found this location. So, save yourself the trouble, and just Uber to this location as soon as they open. I would’ve saved myself hours of frustration if I just came here first at 11 AM. This location is located on the fourth floor of the Liverpool department store, in the bedding section near the sheets and comforters.

Queue was 40+ minutes and once finally served the staff member was unable to print tickets purchased via the ticketmaster website (the website is also extremely bad). The assistant advised that "the system won't let me" and as a solution to the problem - go to the arena 30mins earlier. No help whatsoever. We were not the only customers who were left dissapointed by an inept service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's your English review: it's up the department store 4th floor. Wherever they sell the mattresses and blankets and other home equipment. Be prepared to wait. I'm writing this having been here for an hour and I'm only 3/4 of the way throigh the line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The booth is located on the top floor of a department store in the Parque Delta Mall near the bedding. Arrived at 11am when the booth opened. There were already about 10 people in line before me and we waited till around 11:07 to actually get moving. From previous reviews I had low expectations but it moved rather quickly. I was finished by 11:30ish, the woman who helped me was very nice and even used google translate when my Spanish fell through. To pick up tickets it’s required for the bank holder of the card you used to purchase to sign for the tickets and show the card, which is pretty inconvenient but it is what it is. All in all a fine experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This might be the stupidest experience I’ve had in ages. Bought tickets to go to Tecate Emblema Festival online & they FORCE you to go wait in a 2 hour line at a mall for someone to PRINT THE TICKET for you at a Ticketmaster booth.. what is this 1980?!? You can’t print it at home, there is no QR code for your phone, apparently Ticketmaster Mexico hasn’t caught up to the IPhone. So insane. Terrible. Why even allow people to purchase them online?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t go to events if tickets are sold by Ticketmaster. They make you pay online, and once they have your money, they make you pick up physical tickets which is ridiculous. You have to wait in the bedding section of a department store in a 2-3 hour line to pick up. Takes ~10 min to process each person. After waiting, I saw several people unable to pick up because it was the wrong window of time, or they were missing an ID or the exact card used to purchase tickets. Total scam.
