★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en Ticketmaster de la ver... Muy mala, tienen a una tipa que se parece a Edna Moda que no tiene la más mínima idea de lo que es atención al cliente, tal cuál si fuera recepcionista del IMSS. Nada grata la visita.
 The attention at Ticketmaster is really... Very bad, they have a girl who looks like Edna Moda who doesn't have the slightest idea of what customer service is, just as if she were an IMSS receptionist. Nothing pleasant about the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vayan con tiempo y dos horas antes de que cierren, cierran a las 8:00 pm pero siempre hay gente en fila mínimo 5 personas y la atención es muy tardada!. Para esas 5 personas antes de mi turno tarde 1 HR y minutos.... Y dos días antes sin Saber la onda fui a las 7:30 pm y había como 10 en fila aproximadamente obvio me dijieron que mejor buscará otro lugar para comprar mis boletos.
Go early and two hours before they close, they close at 8:00 pm but there are always people in line, at least 5 people, and the attention is very slow! For those 5 people, before my shift, it took 1 HR and minutes... And two days before, without knowing what was going on, I went at 7:30 pm and there were approximately 10 in line, obviously, they told me that it would be better to look for another place to buy my tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de poner más gente para atender ya que siempre está muy lleno de gente estorbando los baños y las escaleras. Ticketmaster debería ya de establecer en todos los espectáculos que uno mismo imprima sus boletos o de forma digital en el celular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es tardada, ya que son las 7pm se ponen a atender teléfonos y hacen esperar a todos. Dan las 8pm en punto y dicen que ya no se entregan boletos. La chica de al lado de la mesa de regalos se mete a hacer mitote. Son mitoteras y tardadas hasta su madre. No hay otra forma de decirlo.
Attention is slow, since it's 7pm they start answering phones and make everyone wait. They give 8pm sharp and say that tickets are no longer delivered. The girl next to the gift table gets in to make mitote. They are mitoteras and delayed until their mother. There is no other way to say it.
