L	LOCURAS DE FAMILIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pero pésimo servicio Ni contestan los teléfonos que te dan para asesorías, para paquetes las reservaciones no las hacen apesar de que te venden y te aseguran que ya está todo echo llegas y te dejan esperando afuera de dónde te toca tu tour en pocas palabras PRIMERA Y ULTIMA VEZ Lousy but lousy service They do not answer the phones they give you for advice, for packages reservations do not make them despite the fact that they sell you and assure you that everything is already done you arrive and leave you waiting outside where your tour touches you in a few words FIRST AND LAST TIME

Nos atendió un pureta grande, gordo y calvo. Even after we had a few people there waiting for the bus and we asked the driver to wait for the rest. They don’t have any numbers or answer our calls. This is totally unacceptable. Do not book tours with this company.
K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been for twelve days in Cancun for vacation, I hadn’t information what there has, the agency gave perfect activities likely customizing what I like to do, fit for that. How to currency exchange, ride buses and so on they helped cuz I can’t read and speak in Spanish. Used 4services with them everything was fun. Have used to travel agencies at Philippines, Thailand, Australia, US, Canada, and so on. This agency has really responsibilities and fairness on my view. Recommend if you are gonna first time to visit or wanna enjoy your time at Cancun. Thanks, Ramos and other staffs.
