MENTIROSOS Y HAMBRIENTOS DE VENTAS. Mienten cuando te activan un plan diciendo que puedes pasarlo a prepago en cualquier momento, es una mentira y es desgastante estar yendo y yendo sin resolver nada, los ejecutivos solo sirven para activar paquetes y no te dan soluciones en estos casos.

No es mala la atención, pero no son capaces de solucionar nada, creo que es un trabajo muy difícil, si no, no veo el porqué no saben hacer nada. Si solo vas a pagar, adelante; algún otro tema, busca otro att.

El servicio de la compañía es bueno, no hay queja, pero la atención al cliente es pésima, en esta tienda, no conocen los procesos, les falta capacitarse, no te dicen la verdad y te tienen dando vuelta y vuelta y no resuelven nada. Duré 20 días para resolver algo en 15 minutos en la sucursal de plaza la Huerta. Si pueden, no vayan, solo sirven para vender planes, pero no para resolver problemas.

Muy mal servicio... Lleve un cell a garantia desde el 20 de febrero y hasta hoy 23 marzo me lo entregaron... Pero antes de esto mas o menos tube que hacer unas 7 vueltas para que me pudieran dar respuesta... Me entregaron numero para comunicarme y nunqa me saqaron de dudas... Siempre su contestacion era pa la siguiente martes marcanos... Y luego hacia el final me hiban a entregar un equipo nuevo... Por el tiempo de espera y aparte porque lg no les entregaba respuesta... Pero me lleve una sorpresa al pasar hoy... Que resulta que el equipo siempre si llego y tenia la garantia invalida porque presentaba signos de humedad... Me hiceron gastar demasiado en gas y mas que nada en tiempo... El gerente es edwin y la mera verdad que no me gusto su forma de atender... Desde un principio nunqa fueron claros.... Pesimo servicio... Y falta de ethica.... No recomiendo este centro.... Les falta cumplir con sus palabras... Mejor ser claro desde el inicio para que no terminen engañando a la jente.....estoy tan encabronado que espero y entiendan mi frustracion... Y espero no les pase a ustedes.... Sr edwin junto con att pongase las pilas y no engañen a la jente!!!!!!!
