★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, compre un equipo de presión constante, tardaron 2 semanas en entregar, cuando llego era un equipo totalmente distinto a el que pedí y la señora muy prepotente me regreso mi dinero pero me hizo perder tiempo en mi trabajo y credibilidad en el mismo.
 Bad attention, I bought a team of constant pressure, it took 2 weeks to deliver, when I arrived it was a totally different team than the one I asked for and the very arrogant lady returned my money but made me lose time in my work and credibility in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les quise dar el beneficio de la duda a pesar de los malos comentarios pero resultó cierto, son pésimos para atender, parece que te hacen un favor...La Sra del mostrador me dio la bienvenida diciendo "espero que sepas lo que quieres porque tengo mucho trabajo"; y eso cuando aún no le preguntaba nada. Pregunté por una refaccion de un equipo y me dijeron que no venden la pieza suelta y que mi equipo ya no tenia remedio (todo de forma prepotente) pero al llamar a refacciones de las oficinas centrales en Guadalajara resulta que si. Soy arquitecto y nunca volveré a esa sucursal.

I am an architect and I will never go back to that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco serio el trato de quienes atienden la tienda, quise comprar ,acepte el precio que me dieron, que no coincidió con la cotización telefónica, al pedir la factura no me vendieron la pieza porque no tenían sistema, no quisieron hacer ningún esfuerzo por buscar una solución y me mandaron a otra tienda , a media hora del cierre de todas y/o que regresará al día siguiente, hice un camino de 15 km para llegar allí, no regreso nunca mas , fue ayer a las 17:30.
