Hicimos un esfuerzo increíble para lograr reunir los recursos y comprar un generador para proteger nuestra empresa de inundaciones. Me vendieron un generador dañado, les reclame al día siguiente y me mandaron a un taller que ya no opera. No quisieron responder, voy a entablar una demanda ante Profeco por esta razón. Sin embargo esto se demora, por eso tengo que a fuerzas reparar el que me vendieron nuevo. Como vamos a salir adelante si existen empresas como esta? Que lo sepan todos.
Be very careful in this store cheat customers. We made an incredible effort to collect resources and purchase a generator to protect our business from flooding. They sold me a damaged generator, I complained to them the next day and they sent me to a workshop that no longer operates. They did not want to respond, I am going to file a complaint with Profeco for this reason. However, this is delayed, so I have to forcefully repair the one that was sold to me again. How are we going to get ahead if there are companies like this? Let everyone know.
