★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace falta una persona que solo se dedique al cobro de servicio y otra para bajas y aclaraciones el día de hoy me pase en la fila 1hr y media para realizar mi pago de servicio porq había muchas personas dando de baja su servicios, muchos gritos y personas disgustadas por estar tanto tiempo en la fila

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es un pésimo servicio llame a atención al cliente para cancelar mi contrato y me dijo la señorita que podía ir a valle de Chalco a entregar mi equipo y cuando llegó a valle de Chalco me dicen que tengo que ir a Chalco y no me aceptaron nada ya me facturaron el siguiente mes ya no ocupo nada de los aparatos quiero cancelar y tengo que pagar nuevamente

Hay que esperar afuera del edificio, la atención del personal son amables y atentos.
Estaría genial que pudiesen atenderte a más personas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He asistido en continuas ocasiones a esta sucursal y el servicio postventa deja mucho que desear, el lugar no cuenta con suficiente personal capacitado para atenderte, los cajeros tambien se vuelven vendedores, puede que te toque esperar mas de una hora para poder pagar, por lo regular no estan ocupados todos los espacios de cajeros, no se si haga falta personal o que suceda en esa sucursal, pero si vas a contratar en un lapso de 30 minutos lo logras, si vas a hacer una aclaracion queja o pago de servicio ve con tiempo por que seguro si tardas una hora
