De un tiempo para acá el servicio es nefasto, sus encargados o gerentes no tienen la capacidad para tratar con los clientes, hace unos días fui a comprar y la cajera por error pasó un producto de más al momento se dio cuenta y con amabilidad me dijo que me lo iba a quitar, al comentarle a su encargada o gerente, la señora se porto muy grosera y despota más aparte traía manos libres y ni siquiera puso atención a lo que su trabajadora le pidió mi pregunta es..... Esas son gerentes?
Tiempo atrás compre un bulto de harina y lo regrese porque tenia olor a jabón pues la misma gerente a su trabajadora le habló con groserías y enfrente de los clientes le grito, con la impotencia no le dije nada y por respeto pero, no quiero ni pensar en cómo les habla a todos sus trabajadores...... Sumenle a eso que a la tienda le faltan muchísimos productos contestan de mala gana, en especial una señora de pelo chino y que trae bata o casaca azul, no se le puede pedir algo porque contesta muy grosera, con sus cartas y si le pides algo siempre dice que no hay en bodega..... Por mi parte no vuelvo a ir a esa tienda.
