Tierra Adentro es de esos lugares que siempre tienen los mismos platillos, pero que te alegra que sea así, porque cada uno de ellos es delicioso. Todos los domingo voy a desayunar ahí y no me aburro. Sí café y la conchitas rellenas de café de la olla son de otro mundo. Recomiendo absolutamente tooooodo.
Tierra Adentro is one of those places that always has the same dishes, but you're glad it's like that, because each one of them is delicious. Every Sunday I go to have breakfast there and I don't get bored. Yes, coffee and the shells stuffed with coffee from the pot are from another world. I absolutely recommend everything.

Honor a la fama precedida, un espacio con cocina con interpretaciones auténticas, la calidad de los ingredientes es evidente y la sazón rica y llena de sabor es muestra de la mexicaneidad que se nota desean plasmar. En cada bocado hay sorpresas y tr trae al paladar la remembranza de tierras distintas y de historias que deben de estar detrás de cada platillo. El mejor lugar para conocer comida mexicana.
Honor to the fame preceded, a space with cuisine with authentic interpretations, the quality of the ingredients is evident and the rich seasoning and full of flavor is a sign of the Mexicanness that they want to capture. El lugar es pequeño y sencillo pero con encanto. La atención y presentación del personal es muy buena, la cocina está a la vista y en todo momento puedes ver la preparación de la comida. El menú es corto pero cuidadosamente planeado, todo es fresco, la forma y diseño de los platillos es impecable y hermosa a la vista. Hay opción para vegetarianos y carnívoros; todo es DELICIOSO, se nota que los ingredientes son de muy buena calidad y la preparación fue cuidada. Aunque pareciera que la porción es pequeña, no lo es, quedas bastante satisfecho. El flan de manzanilla es una MARAVILLA, en cada bocado el sabor inunda el paladar y el merengue que lo acompaña es suave, esponjadito y nada empalagoso. La tlayuda de tejate es creativa y diferente y el helado es suave y con muchísimo sabor. El café de olla está cargado se sabor y aroma de especias, y las infusiones son frescas. TIERRA ADENTRO es el claro ejemplo de que la BUENA COMIDA no es inalcanzable. Gracias por tan deliciosa experiencia, volveré para probar sus desayunos.
The place is small and simple but charming. The attention and presentation of the staff is very good, the kitchen is visible and at all times you can see the preparation of the food. The menu is short but carefully planned, everything is fresh, the shape and design of the dishes is impeccable and beautiful to look at. There is an option for vegetarians and carnivores; everything is DELICIOUS, you can tell that the ingredients are of very good quality and the preparation was careful. Although it seems that the portion is small, it is not, you are quite satisfied. The chamomile flan is a WONDER, in each bite the flavor fills the palate and the meringue that accompanies it is soft, fluffy and not at all cloying. The tlayuda de tejate is creative and different and the ice cream is soft and with a lot of flavor. The pot coffee is loaded with the flavor and aroma of spices, and the infusions are fresh. EARTH IN is the clear example that GOOD FOOD is not unattainable. Thank you for such a delicious experience, I will return to try your breakfasts.

Tienen un menú dominical que incluye chocolate de agua, jugo, pan y plato fuerte por 180. En general está rico aunque tuve la mala fortuna de encontrarme un bichito en el chocolate (punto negro en la foto) mientras lo agitaba con una cuchara para enfriarlo. Le comenté amablemente al mesero y se lo llevo y me trajo otro (o quizá el mismo porque ni le tomé ? nunca lo sabré), pero hasta ahí, no hubo comentario de regreso ni nada más. Son amables, pero hay q llegar a buena hora para no estar esperando mesa ya que el lugar es pequeño. Pedí el burrito de barbacoa y una concha con relleno de pinole.
They have a Sunday menu that includes water chocolate, juice, bread and a main dish for 180. In general it is delicious although I had the misfortune to find a bug in the chocolate (black dot in the photo) while stirring it with a spoon to cool it down . I kindly commented to the waiter and he took it away and brought me another (or maybe the same one because I didn't even drink it ? I'll never know), but until then, there was no comment back or anything else. They are friendly, but you have to arrive at a good time so as not to be waiting for a table since the place is small. I ordered the barbecue burrito and a conch with pinole filling.

The venue was casual and quiet. Service was friendly and efficient. Pastries were ok, nothing too exciting. However I loved the chilaquiles with egg and the entomatadas with chicken, both were delicious! Hot chocolate was very tasty too. Very affordable.
