Went for breakfast. Other tables still dirty from previous clients . Restaurant half empty after a good time the fruit salad came out with no drinks. Almost only watermelon which Tasted like garlic (used same knife I guess or board). Waiter sat down talking with a friend, barista disappeared. Still no drinks after 35 minutes. I am a paying customer so if the staff is not willing to work we just left.

I stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and my stay was outstanding. The staff exceeded all my expectations especially, Cat, Mary, Antonia and the bar man with the tattoos. I dined in the restaurant and Oscar was so attentive. I would highly recommend this establishment. Micky UK

Visited this restaurant twice while on vacation in playa del Carmen. The first visit was for brunch. This is the only reason for the two star review. Food was good. Drinks were great. And because of this we returned for dinner later in the week with additional friends. Dinner was horrible. Squid ink pasta was too salty and inedible. The drinks we had during the earlier visit were now made completely opposite and were not good. In addition, the music was so loud our table of five could not speak with the person sitting next to them. This continued when the live music started. Could not communicate with the waiter, apparently, as we asked to have leftovers from two friends wrapped to go, and instead were handed the bagged inedible pasta. Message was sent to the restaurant and as of this review, response not received. There are plenty of other options in downtown playa. Try one of them.

Decent wine stop. Prices are high for a glass of wine. Flute music is nice but a but loud.

Very friendly and approachable service, amazing soup, appetizer, and entrees and some of the best and most unique cocktails I’ve had in Mexico. And accompanied by a live flute!! Thank you Oscar, Marcelo and Mariana. Dinner tonight was delicious and I hope to be back for breakfast this weekend!! :-)

The best Margarita I’ve had so far. But this is a restaurant so let’s talk about the food. Oh my god. So delicious. The chef is amazing. The food is fresh and has the perfect balance of soft and spicy. Quantity is also perfect. And the menu is interesting and has options that you can’t find everywhere. Furthermore this is a restaurant where you can actually hear yourself talk. So all in all, one of the best places I’ve been to in Playa! And I live here. I know a lot of places. Also the service was perfect. Love all of it

Best breakfast so far in Playa del Carmen! The food is delicious, the plates stylish and the service is very good! Highly recommend this place. Plus they make their own bread, the brioche for their French Toast (amazing!), the muffins por the Eggs Benedicts ...

What a wonderful place ! Amazing atmosphere, drinks & food ! Also live music which was all kinds of different style of sounds & not too loud that you can’t hear yourself think ! However, the best part of it all was our waiter Oscar. Oscar spoke perfect English & was actually excited for us to come & have an evening here. So kind, funny & genuine. Wouldn’t be the same place without him. The people make the place ! & Oscar is that person !
