Best Japanese restaurant in Mexico

C	Chad Deviney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could of given a zero I would of. The sushi falls apart. It taste nasty and it’s way over priced. We left hungry and had to go to the food carts outside to get something that didn’t taste like garbage. We paid 30$ a plate and only revived 7 pieces of sushi. Never go to this place… EVER!

I had to walk out to the actual cooks (thank goodness they are amazing) of the island in the square to get something that could actually be called food. Hopefully everyone avoids this place.

W	When It's Windy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we spent a really beautiful evening here. The sushi rolls, dumplings and sashimi are some of the best I've ever tasted. Accompanied by delicious kombuchas , cider and cocktails. The service and decor show a true attention to detail and stand way above the rest. A great place for a stylish evening. We'll definitely be back.

Considering the limitations of sushi on a literal island, we found the menu to be exceptionally tasty, adventurous and comparable to any Japanese restaurant back home in Los Angeles. Definitely a hidden gem.

D	Dimitry Roschar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing place, it’s a bit more expensive so keep that in mind. The waiters were extremely patient and taking care of us. We had several dishes and all had a really good tatste and presentation as you can see on the photo’s. And later on the evening some live music from downstairs and the sun going down made our first night on Holbox complete.
