Good price, not the best bikes but enough to enjoy tulum.

We rented a motorcycle for 4 days. They gave me a new one, cause first one cannot be locked. No deposit needed, just passport, and they are the cheapest one in that area. 500 pezos/day. Good job brothers

We rented 4 bikes from them and a tire popped on one of them by the tulum ruins I called them and they came and pick up the bike, I thought they where going to charge me for the tube that popped but they didn't, so I gave them a good tip. They were really helpful

So nice and helpful personnel, these young boys! Very reasonable prices: 60$/day, as other rentals offer 150-165$. Bikes old as everywhere else but working and ones with handbrakes available for the same price. We recommend truly!

Rented two bikes. It was quick, easy and cheapest around. $100pesos each for the day. They gave us locks to use as well. They took our ID's as collateral.

Do. Not. Rent. A. Bike. From them. Absolutely horrible service. Overpriced and the bikes were in awful condition. One of the bikes the chain fell off three times the last day and the grease on the chain was extremely difficult to get off our hands. Whoever we rented the bikes from never gave us a copy of the paperwork and then accused us of under paying him. He was extremely rude and argumentative when we went to turn in the bikes and demanded more money. Overall it was a horrible experience and really through a wrench into our relaxing vacation. Please go elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT HERE if you want to ride a bicycle without fixing it every 15 minutes! We rented 4 bikes. We changed them 4 times!!! 1 - the camera was lowered after 20 minutes, when we drove off already quite far. We tried to fix it, but can’t and spent one hour fixing it and waiting for a bike change; 2 - then another bike starts fo lose it’s chain every 10 minutes! But we wore too far and had no time to change it, so we caped fixing it every 10 minutes; 3 - then we came to change this bike, other one had broken seat; 4 - this time one bike had broken brake. We were crazy tiered from all of it and bring the bikes back, but the owner started to tell us they if we don’t like his bikes, he will call the police and tell them, that we don’t want to pay!! But we just wanted a discount because all of this stories ??‍♀️??‍♂️??‍♀️??‍♂️

We rent bikes here two time when in Tulum. The bikes were comfortable and we never have an issue with the bikes. The price was awesome, the guys the work there were very helpful and trustworthy. We left 500 pesos deposit x bike and the ID. The bikes rent was 150 pesos x day. Best price in town. We absolutely recommend Tigre bicicletas. We will rent back on this bike rental.
