Tio Nenê Tours - 77500 Cancún

My watch was stolen on one of the tours indicated by the agency.

Our transfer Daniel was a dear every day. More than that, a friend (several tips). Otto, our agent in Cancún, very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was worth hiring Tio Nenê for the team and excellent tours. Perfect for Brazilians due to all support. Recommended tours: Chiken-Itza + (from the It Kill cenote we didn't like much), Tulum and Ojos cenote (amazing), X CARET (this park is out of the realm you have to go), Swimming with Dolphins in Isla Mujeres (show but I recommend buying photos in the park not on the boat) and Columbus (romantic dinner I recommend the sunset).

I recommend it a lot, I regret not having closed the total package with them, they helped us a lot even with issues that were not their responsibility, people of great nature. ?????

Terrible experience with Isabella. In no time she was a good professional. She booked the wrong tour and when I asked for an explanation she just apologized (she didn't want to accept the mistake) It took more than 2 weeks for a forced refund, I had to say that if she didn't solve the case I would call my bank and cancel the payment I did with my credit card. Only after that did she return the difference to me and it wasn't the full amount (she told me that fees are not refundable!? As if I didn't have the service) if it wasn't for Tim to save my ride and also intervene with Isabella's requests for me answer I would have hated the company. I thank TIM for the excellent work and service. I loved meeting you and I appreciate the Cenotes' tips. Me and my boyfriend had 2 wonderful experiences with renting the yacht and cenote on the second day.

My husband and I went to Cancún on our honeymoon, as our first international trip we chose to choose a Brazilian company to do the tours, which was great, besides Monique's excellent service before the purchase, we can count on Bella and uncle Nenê throughout the trip. At first we closed the tour of Cozumel and Isla Mujeres, but due to weather conditions we had to exchange Cozumel for Tulum, which is a great tour, for those who like history rs, we also went to Cenote dos Ojos, wonderful! Isla Mujeres is fantastic, the swim with the dolphins so, not to mention, it was the best experience of our lives! In addition to serving the professionals who are in charge of the sale, the drivers are kind, fun and always willing to help, especially Daniel, who helped us even choose the dishes at lunch rs. With so much hospitality, we arrived in Brazil and already closed the tours for the next trip! See you in 2022!

Agency staff was very attentive, we were able to negotiate the values, they are superrrrr reliable you don't have to worry about anything. As we were driving we only did two trips with them, isla mujeres and chichen Itzá. The island tour was very nice on a catamaran, had a swim in the sea, the lunch included was good + \ -, if your intention is to enjoy the beach it is more worth taking a ferry and going on account we were only half an hour on the beach in one 7h tour, but if you want to do several things the tour is really cool. For chichen Itzá, getting to know the pyramids was spectacular, the place is incredible, our guide there (not the one on the bus, which was boring) was really cool, I knew everything from there, we were very impressed, if you go to Cancún you have to go there, the place is a little far from Cancún. If you are in a car, it is worth going on your own, the tour was super cool, but we had several stops, one in a Mayan village for lunch, the food was very good, but everything there was a store trying to sell you things all the time, that it was pretty boring and things were beeemmm more expensive than elsewhere. There was a stop in a cenote, a very beautiful place, but as we had already been in others it was unnecessary for us, and last stop in a very beautiful city that was really nice to meet, in the end we left at 7 am and arrived at 10 am at night, if you are driving I say it is better to go on your own, otherwise the tour is really cool!
