Hice cita como hace mas de una semana para el día de hoy, llego y aún nadie habría...hablo a la otra sucursal y si yo no marco nadie me dice que se fueron a una " capacitación" falta de respeto y groseras! Llego después a la clutier esperando algún buen trato y esperando que me hagan algún descuento por hacerme esperar media hora y todavía moverme de una sucursal a otra y me dicen que no lo harán con una arrogancia y súpee pedantes! Fatal, pésima experiencia....es increíble como no pueden respetar los tiempos de los clientes...osea que creían que ahí los esperaría hasta que se les diera su regalada gana??? Una llamada hubiera hecho el cambio!!
Too bad service !! I made an appointment as more than a week ago today, I arrive and still no one would have ... I speak to the other branch and if I don't mark, nobody tells me that they went to a "training" disrespectful and rude! Then I arrive at the clutier waiting for some good treatment and waiting for me to get a discount for making me wait half an hour and still move from one branch to another and they tell me that they will not do it with arrogance and overcome pedants! Fatal, lousy experience ... it is incredible how they cannot respect the times of the clients ... I mean they believed that I would wait for them there until they were given their gifted win? A call would have made the change !!
