★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con comprar ya que la administración aparte de la cuota de mantenimiento carísima para la zona, cobra cuotas extra para todo y tiene en deterioro las torres.
Beware of buying since the administration apart from the expensive maintenance fee for the area, charges extra fees for everything and has the towers deteriorating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general bien construído, áreas comunes agradables. La plomería hubiera podido ser de mejor calidad y también el sellado de las ventanas. Mucho eco en las escaleras es molesto cuanto hacen fiestas.
Overall well built, nice common areas. The plumbing could have been of better quality and also the sealing of the windows. Much echo in the stairs is annoying when they have parties.

LLEVO 8 MESES DESDE QUE ME ENTREGARON MI NUEVO DEPARTAMENTO Y YA TIENEN GRIETAS LAS PAREDES Y TECHOS DE TODOS LOS AMBIENTES. EN LA EPOCA DE LLUVIA SE FILTRO EL AGUA POR TODOS LOS VENTANALES DEJANDO HUMEDAD.
LOS MUEBLE DE COCINA SE VEN MUY BONITOS PERO SON DE PESIMA CALIDAD.. YA SE ROMPIO UNA PUERTA Y COMO ERA DE ESPERARSE NO LO CUBRE LA GARANTIA... Y NO OBSTANTE CERO INTERES DEL PROVEEDOR POR REPARAR EL DAÑO AUN CUANDO SE LES VA PAGAR.
EL INGENIERO Y LA ARQUITECTA QUE ESTAN A CARGO SON TAN IRRESPONSABLES Y LES IMPORTA UN COMINO LOS REPORTES QUE LES HE HECHO.
GASTOS DE MANTENIMIENTO EXCESIVOS Y NO SE VE LA INVERSION.
EL RUIDO POR LA NOCHES, DE LAS PIPAS DE LA REFINERIA ES INSOPORTABLE... SE ESCUCHA COMO SI LOS TUVIERAS A DENTRO DEL DEPARTAMENTO.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT TOREO IS NOT OPTION.
IT TAKES 8 MONTHS SINCE MY NEW APARTMENT WAS DELIVERED ME AND THE WALLS AND CEILINGS OF ALL THE ROOMS ALREADY HAVE CRACKS. IN THE RAINY SEASON, THE WATER FILTERED THROUGH ALL THE WINDOWS, LEAVING MOISTURE.
THE KITCHEN FURNITURE LOOKS VERY NICE BUT THEY ARE OF POOR QUALITY .. A DOOR IS ALREADY BROKEN AND AS EXPECTED, IT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY ... AND NOTHINGLY ZERO INTEREST FROM THE SUPPLIER TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE EVEN WHEN IT WILL BE PAID .
THE ENGINEER AND ARCHITECT WHO ARE IN CHARGE ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT CARE A HIT ABOUT THE REPORTS I HAVE MADE TO THEM.
EXCESSIVE MAINTENANCE EXPENSES AND THE INVESTMENT IS NOT SEEN.
THE NOISE AT NIGHT, FROM THE PIPES FROM THE REFINERY IS UNBEARABLE ... IT IS HEARD AS IF YOU HAD THEM INSIDE THE DEPARTMENT.

1. Acabados muy básicos y económicos que no duran y se rompen por ejemplo: las puertas, los muebles de los baños no están reforzados (a varios vecinos se les cayó).
2. Todavía están en construcción una torre y la inmobiliaria sin consultar ha estado agregadando cosas adicionales que encarecen el mantenimiento.
3. En su momento, tuve filtraciones de agua por las ventanas y por la regadera goteaba la pared.
4. Mala atención de la inmobiliaria hacia los propietarios.
5. El mantenimiento es muy caro para los servicios que contamos.
6. El predio es carisimo.
7. La administración hace lo que dice la inmobiliarias, y como tienen mayoría de departamento no hemos podido ganar.
8. La implementación de seguridad no es la mejor.
9. La carencia de mantenimiento sw comienza a notar mucho, a pesar del alto costo que se paga.
Etc, etc...
Digo si se está dispuesto a vivir o invertir para adicionar correcciones, probablemente sea tu departamento indicado.
I really like the apartment where I live, but:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren aquí.. es una basura de desarrollo, caros, en zona fea, la inmobiliaria hace lo que quiere, pone administraciones y empresas de servicios a su conveniencia.. nos quitan a los residentes el derecho de voto y elección y siempre se escudan en que todo lo hacen acorde a la ley, cuando no hay evidencia de su actuar.
Insisto, no vale la pena que compren aqui ..
Do not buy here .. it is a waste of development, expensive, in an ugly area, the real estate does what it wants, puts administrations and service companies at its convenience .. they take away from residents the right to vote and choose and always hide in that they do everything according to the law, when there is no evidence of their actions.
I insist, it is not worth buying here ..
