★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extenso surtido de productos; sin embargo la atención del personal es pésima, te atienden con una carota de enojo; solicité cotización por correo, me confirman que recibieron el listado, me asignan a un vendedor, al día 2 no me responden al Whats App y después de 3 días no hay cotización. Llamé para saber el estado de la cotización y sólo toman la llamada pero no responden, sólo se escucha en el fondo personas jugando y palabras altisonantes. No tuve respuesta.
Extensive assortment of products; however, the attention of the staff is terrible, they treat you with a face of anger; I requested a quote by mail, they confirmed that they received the list, they assigned me to a seller, on day 2 they did not respond to Whats App and after 3 days there is no quote. I called to find out the status of the quote and they only take the call but do not answer, only people playing and high-sounding words are heard in the background. I did not get an answer.

Un vendedor te dice que si venden y otro que no y solo pierdes el tiempo..
No saben saludar.. Solo con un "pasen"
Preguntas algo y se molestan..
Le pregunte al de la caja si sabia si vendían un artículo y me dice que me forme..
Me voy a formar para que me digan que no, o solo por caja o ciento..?
Enfrente esta ferretería casa ikeda y por lo menos si saludan he intentan ayudar a pesar de que tienen mucha gente..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención compré 200 tornillos de 1/4 x 3/4 , 200 arandelas con neopreno y 200 rondana planas y cuando las cuento de las tres piezas que compre venían incompletas más aún las arandelas con neopreno le faltaron 47 pzas para las 200, no se los recomiendo para nada.
Terrible attention I bought 200 1/4 x 3/4 screws, 200 neoprene washers and 200 flat washers and when I counted them of the three pieces I bought they were incomplete, even more so the neoprene washers were missing 47 pcs for the 200, I don't know I recommend them for nothing.
