Los consumidores merecemos respeto y transparencia. What a pity that their tortillas are from Maseca (industrialized corn flour) and not from nixtamal, which initially makes them not very nutritious and their flavors are not natural and full of colorings. @profeco Their blue tortillas ARE NOT NATIVE BLUE CORN, they are painted. Esta tortillería me sorprendió gratisimamente, producen una panadería de clase, más todo tipo de productos derivados del maiz, pero su variedad de tortillas de sabores no tiene igual. Y no es solo que el maíz sea blanco, azul, amarillo, etc. Son los variados sabores de producción de tortillas; de chile habanero, de huitlacoche, de vino tinto. Mmmm... Y sus sabores, frabcamente, extraordinario! You don't have to be a gourmet product store to rub shoulders with them. This tortilla shop surprised me for free, they produce a classy bakery, plus all kinds of products derived from corn, but their variety of flavored tortillas has no equal. And it's not just that the corn is white, blue, yellow, etc. They are the varied flavors of tortilla production; habanero chili, huitlacoche, red wine. Mmmm ... And its flavors, frankly, extraordinary!

Parking + actually getting there is incredibly tricky because of the one way roads so maybe park along the main avenue and walk there. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but well worth the trip for what I think are the best tortillas I've found in Cancun.
