Dicen que necesitas poner un valor estimado de los objetos enviados para hacerse responsables, pero su mismo personal no te lo informa para poder robarse las cosas y que no exista represalias. Las personas que te atienden son déspotas y se avientan la bola entre todos ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio , el chófer Omar es un grosero prepotente ! Sin respetar que compre dos boletos , uno para mi otro para mi hija al subir a la camioneta me dijo que me llevara a mi hija en las piernas y a gritos diciendo que si no era así me quedara y agarrara otra camioneta .
Ocupando mi otro asiento que yo pagué desde la salida con otro pasaje .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, es la segunda vez que viajo y mi experiencia ha sido muy desagradable, Desde que compre mi boleto hasta cuando baje de las mini camionetas. NO LO RECOMIENDO y si tienes que usar su servicio ve preparado con una maleta pequeña y ligera por qué no tienen canastillas o maleteros grandes. Sus camionetas son pequeñas y solo son para transporte de personas, no de carga. Los choferes se molestan si llevas muchas cosas y quieren cobrar lo de un pasaje por llevar tus cosas. MUCHO OJO.
