Parece que cambian la fachada del local con frecuencia, pero es la misma gente y usan las mismas técnicas. La foto que adjunto está actualizada a Diciembre de 2017
En lo que es Alquiler de Autos en Cozumel, trabajan con una empresa de la isla que se llama RENTADORA GOLONDRINA, que también se dedica a estafar turistas. Cobrando un impuesto adicional del 11% al retirar el auto, a pesar de haber hecho el pago completo en Playa del Carmen. Además van a querer cobrarte un seguro, que ya estaba incluido en el precio fijado y abonado en Playa del Carmen.
Por otro lado, te alquilan los VW clasicos, pero se encuentran en un estado deplorable e inseguro, corriendo el riesgo no solo de tener un accidente, si no de que te quieran cobrar por roturas que ya tienen.
Evitar ambas empresas (si es que así se las puede llamar).
En Playa del Carmen, nos atendió una persona que se llama Alan, que es muy amable, pero que forma parte de estas estafas ya que cobra comisión por venta (lo cual está bien), pero seguramente, cobra una comisión por el dinero extra que te quieren cobrar de manera desleal.
