★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, alejense de esta agencia, al estar muy cerca de los ferrys parece confiable, pero en realidad son estafadores.
Rente con ellos un Jeep para recorrer la isla de Cozumel, cuando recibí el carro por una rentadora golondrinas era una completa basura, nos hicieron esperar 1 hora para recibir el carro nos cobraron seguros obligatorios y cuando recibí el auto era una caja andante, no tenía lo mínimo en seguridad, es decir no tenía cinturones, el freno de mano no funcionaba, las luces direccionales no servían, la transmisión era inestable, en primera y segunda el auto saltaba hacia adelante y hacia atrás básicamente se dañó toda la experiencia por la inseguridad de ese auto, no lo entregan con tanque lleno y el medidor de gasolina no sirve y tras del hecho piden que lo llenemos con 400 pesos en combustible, al solicitar un cambio nos dicen que tenemos que esperar a que esté disponible otro, lo cual evidentemente no va a suceder y tampoco nos íbamos a quedar esperando más horas.
También dimos un depósito para realizar un tour a Chichenitza el cuál quisimos cancelar por la experiencia tan pésima que tuvimos con la renta de auto, claramente en la factura indicaba que de podía cancelar 24 horas antes, cuando realizamos la solicitud nos indicaron que no se podía devolver dinero que la experiencia con el auto no era culpa suya que era culpa de la rentadora con la cual ellos tenían convenio y daban fé de que era confiable, por más que insistimos no nos devolvieron el dinero, así que dejamos que nos estafaran 700 pesos de depósito ya que no nos daban ninguna solución.
Amigos turistas por más que seamos extranjeros no debemos aceptar este tipo de trato por parte de las "agencias de viajes" no dejan depósitos significantes, no contraten todos los tours con una sola agencia, prueben Primero, y desde luego no contraten nada con esta agencia estafadora.
Terrible experience, stay away from this agency, being very close to the ferries it seems reliable, but in reality they are scammers.
I rented a Jeep with them to tour the island of Cozumel, when I received the car from a swallows rental company it was complete garbage, they made us wait 1 hour to receive the car, they charged us mandatory insurance and when I received the car it was a walking box, I did not have the minimum in safety, that is, it did not have seat belts, the handbrake did not work, the turn signals did not work, the transmission was unstable, in first and second gear the car jumped forward and backward basically the whole experience was damaged due to insecurity of that car, they do not deliver it with a full tank and the gas meter does not work and after the fact they ask us to fill it with 400 pesos in fuel, when requesting a change they tell us that we have to wait for another one to be available, which obviously It's not going to happen and we weren't going to stay waiting for more hours.
We also gave a deposit to make a tour to Chichenitza which we wanted to cancel due to the terrible experience we had with the car rental, clearly on the invoice it indicated that it could be canceled 24 hours before, when we made the request they told us that it could not be return money that the experience with the car was not their fault, that it was the fault of the rental company with whom they had an agreement and attested that it was reliable, no matter how hard we insisted, they did not return our money, so we let them scam us 700 pesos of deposit since they did not give us any solution.
Tourist friends, even though we are foreigners, we should not accept this type of treatment from "travel agencies" they do not leave significant deposits, do not contract all the tours with a single agency, try First, and of course do not contract anything with this agency swindler
