 Entertaining and reliable tours! I am from Chile and with my partner we were attended by Isabel. Very nice and kind. He sold us a tour to xcaret plus and a tour to Cozumel Island !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido pela Izabel. A pior experiência que tive na vida com passeio. Contratei um passeio para os Cenotes e lagoas. Marcaram o passeio para às 7:50 de hoje. Esperamos durante quase 2 horas e não passou a Van. Ao tentar contato com a vendedora, não respondeu em nenhum momento. Apenas duas horas depois que estávamos no sol esperando que nem um palhaço. Fuja dessa agência. Perdi o dia. Péssimo atendimento , não respondem, e ainda colocou a culpa na gente mostrando fotos falsas que passaram no ponto sendo que ficamos todo tempo plantados lá no sol parado!!! Eles não operam turismo, apenas contratam e não se responsabilizam por nada.
I was attended by Isabel. The worst experience I've ever had with a tour. I hired a tour to the Cenotes and lagoons. They scheduled the tour for 7:50 today. We waited for almost 2 hours and the Van did not pass. When trying to contact the seller, he did not respond at all. Just two hours later we were in the sun waiting like a clown. Run away from this agency. I lost the day. Bad service, they don't respond, and they even blamed us for showing fake photos that passed the point and we were all the time planted there in the still sun!!! They do not operate tourism, they only hire and are not responsible for anything.

I want to congratulate Tours Noa, because they provide an excellent service, attention and quality in it, characterized by great professionalism, in my experience I saw myself in the need to cancel a tour and the answer was positive, my 100% refund, of course with 24 hrs in advance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren auf der Suche nach Fahrrädern, um Playa del Carmen mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden und sind dann beim vorbei gehen auf diesen Shop gestoßen.
Sehr nette und freundliche Dame die uns die Fahrräder vermietet hat. Wir hatten nur unseren Personalausweis dabei und nicht unseren Reisepass, freundlicherweise hat sie uns die Fahrräder trotzdem vermietet.
Umgerechnet 10€ pro Tag, ist jetzt kein Schnäppchen aber es gibt bestimmt noch teurere Vermietungen.
Leider haben wir uns im Nachhinein für die falschen Fahrräder entschieden, bei meinem Fahrrad sprang dauernd die Kette ab. Jetzt bin ich nach dem Urlaub spezialist für Ketten aufziehen bei Fahrrädern.
Allgemein würden wir immer wieder unsere Fahrräder dort mieten, nur uns diese dann etwas genauer anschauen.
Ein Stern Abzug wegen der nicht so gut in stand erhaltenen Fahrräder aber für 1-2 Tage trotzdem nutzbar!

We were looking for bikes to explore Playa del Carmen by bike and stumbled upon this shop while walking by.
Very nice and friendly lady who rented the bikes to us. We only had our ID card with us and not our passport, but she was kind enough to rent us the bikes anyway.
The equivalent of €10 per day is no bargain now, but there are definitely more expensive rentals out there.
Unfortunately, we decided on the wrong bikes afterwards, the chain on my bike kept falling off. Now that I'm on holiday, I'm a specialist in putting on chains for bicycles.
In general, we would always rent our bikes there, just take a closer look at them.
A star deduction because the bikes were not in good condition but can still be used for 1-2 days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally recommend Tours Noa, they were amazing. I booked four tours with them (Chitzen Itza, Holbox, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres) and they were great!! They offer quality with good prices, and no bad surprises, you received what you were offer!! Isabel is so attentive and great person, she will help you with all your tours related. Sometimes you might thought that doing it your own VS a Tour might be cheaper, but taxis in the riviera Maya are expensive. So the best option honestly is Tours Noa, and big congratulations to them!!!
