The service leaves a lot to talk about, we hired a package of several tours without first knowing the quality of their service and it was a bad idea since the first tour we had was to the chocolate museum, we went there and it was closed and nobody in charge I knew about the tour, they improvised taking us to another place but it was not what we expected, the following tours always had problems in schedules and dates since they were constantly changed, once the time was specified they took a long time to collect all the people who were going to go So the tour ended later than the indicated time, there was an occasion in which they agreed to pick us up at a place and left us waiting for an hour and a half, the rating I give is regarding the lack of organization that they have in general, schedules, dates and even the quality of the vans and buses since one of the vans had cockroaches, another was super dirty and the last tour the bus broke down and they had to go for us The others of his companions because it stopped working and there was no way that it will advance, due to all these comments I do not recommend this tour company, the only redeemable are the drivers and guides who gave a pleasant, respectful and reliable service that is the only thing it was worth it.

The exact definition of this place would be "The one that covers a lot little presses" they sell tours with 4 destinations in a single day, however they have very poorly organized time, in each destination they give you an hour to see what you can cover (nothing ). The guide Samuel at times became rude, he mentioned that what the vendors had offered us did not matter to him, but oh, to make insinuations of tips throughout the tour, it was good. The truth is that it is very expensive for the poor service that is offered, we had scheduled another tour the next day but the experience of the first day was so bad that we decided to cancel it. Investigating and organizing well, it is convenient for many more (economically and due to experience) to go by truck on their own. I do not recommend the tours at all.

Unreliable. You do not get what they sell you. We have booked a tour to Uxmal in English, which should start at 9.30 am and end at 7 pm. Instead we were put on an old bus with more than 80% Spanish talking guide. A guy talked each time very long in Spanish and after that a couple of words in English. Just Terrible. Thanks God we've got a different English speaking guide for the time at Uxmal, who was really very good, otherwise the whole tour would be a disaster. No time management at all. An optional part of the tour took more than 2 hours instead of announced one hour and our guide did absolutely nothing to speed up the Chocolate Museum visitors to buy their chocolates. After that we had to go to Mani to stay there for 45 mins and see just nothing. The guide did not say a word about the church there, which is the only one object might be visible at night (it was already dark). We have arrived back to Mérida two hours later than it was promised: 9 pm instead of 7 pm. No excuses, nothing. As we booked the tour a pick up was promised. But no pick up was organised. We had to come to the main office by ourselves 30 minutes earlier than it was written in the agreement and wait these 30 minutes for a guide. At Uxmal we were offered an indoor lunch with lots of people in one room, which is totally inappropriate during the pandemic.

The guide, Alan, was rude and racist , treating people differently based on their nationality and race. He treated some people kindly while to others he displayed a disrespectful and sometimes aggressive attitude. There were too many seats in the van , with only a few comfortable ones and a lot cramped together in a minimal space. The more comfortable seats were, according to the guide, pre allocated to the "right" people. When the others tried to seat on those seats they were offended, yelled at and humiliated by the guide and they were told they were not allowed to use those seats. The time management was disgraceful. When we went to the cenote everyone was ready to leave after 30 minutes of swimming but Alan insisted and pushed everyone to go to a stall selling cosmetics and massages so we stayed there for nearly 2 hours waiting for the people having a massage, which was not part of the tour. This greatly reduced the time left for Chichen Itzá, which we just rushed through in less time than we spent at the cenote. This guide is using the tour's time, customers and resources to promote his own business. On top on that he kept threatening everyone with punishments if anyone was late. Throughout the tour he spoke to us as if he was talking to small children, not adults.

Two hours wasted going around picking up people. Last minute call telling us to run to a pickup point- not at hotel as agreed not at time agreed. Guide seemed knowledgeable but talked to two people in front and we couldn’t hear well at all. Cenote visit excellent. Uxmal visit good but would have preferred more time to explore freely. Meal good. Choco-story and Manii bit of a waste of time. My biggest complaint is the time wasted picking up the other people in the group in the barrios of Merida. When we went the following day to complain at the agency, they didn’t give a toss!!!

We booked two tours (2 days ahead) and they were both exceptional for the price! Paulina, the office associate was super helpful in giving us suggestions. We did the Uxmal tour with a charismatic, knowledgeable, and fluently bilingual guide. Choco-story was a great exhibition and the cenote was small but with its unique characteristics. The second day we did the Chichen-itza / Valladolid tour and stayed at Valladolid instead of returning to Merida - a great way to sightsee in between cities instead of just taking a bus. Our guide Edwin was again super knowledgeable and fluent. The cenote was huge and absolutely beautiful and dynamic with a cave area and hanging tree roots. They were great at communicating pick up times through WhatsApp/call the morning of. Everything was on time and well planned. It was a full van, though. Super glad we were able to book these last minute! Would recommend!
