★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FASTIDIO TOTAL!!!! cuando el sistema funciona, es "bueno" hay algunas cosas que considero se pueden poner fijas al momento de dar de alta al cliente (forma de pago,método de pago y uso de cfdi), pero cuando mas trabajo hay, cuando necesitas facturar para sacar tu ruta, no entra, no carga, hubo un error inesperado, y es frustante, por que pasa, varias veces!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabaja bien, pero cuando hay problemas estás SOLO, se me hace pésimo que siendo una empresa de servicio no pongan a la mano un link, chat o número telefónico de apoyo inmediato, siendo la facturación clave en una empresa.

Llevo horas tratando de hacer un comprobante de pago y no me recibe el número de decimales, me da error. Deberían tener atención 24 hrs. El teléfono muy ocupado. Por cierto, vi que esto se publicó en Google y lo estoy editando. No me parece bien que yo haya escrito directamente a mi proveedor y que aparezca de pronto en este espacio. Especialmente porque una cosa es mi comentario y otra que Tralix no sea un buen proveedor. Tengo ya muchos años con ellos y es en general un buen servicio. Lo digo por justicia, no por temor a ninguna represalia. Era para que ellos tomaran acción, no para hacerlo público. Pero lo dejo para que se tenga el panorama completo. Por cierto, lo de los decimales no supe encontrar pronto el fallo pero ahí estaba a mi vista! (eso pasa cuando uno está ansioso) lo que sí, es que quisiera tener a la mano a alguien para resolver pronto las dudas.
