Hacen llegar al muelle más de dos horas antes de la salida ,te hacen esperar en el sol ,no hay prioridad para los que vivimos y trabajamos en la isla las tarifas son excesivas te cobran los pasajes de los acompañantes y abusan de la necesidad de la gente ,necesitamos más empresas que puedan ofrecer un servicio mejor que estos asquerosos The service is very limited they do not respect the schedules e. C	Chelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, aunque se tardan un poco en contestar vía WhatsApp pero te resuelven todas tus dudas, lo mejor es que puedes reservar en línea, seleccionar el modelo de tu auto y el costo es por vehículo para 5 personas. Salen muy puntual tanto de playa como de Cozumel, los recomiendo ampliamente. Y puedes llevar a tu mascota. El ferry cuenta con una gran espaciosa sala climatizada con cómodos asientos para el trayecto o si prefieres estar el cubierta disfrutando del panorama.Excelente atención con bastante demanda, por lo cual se requiere estar puntual y con 2 horas de de anticipación para asegurar el lugar (aunque tengas tus boletos x internet). Lo mejor el personal atento y servicial con costo económicos, sin perder calidad. Baratísimo en verdad, recomiendo mucho está modalidad para pasar con tu carro hacia Cozumel más si es una familia grande. Tienes que llegar 2 horas antes de que salga el barco para poder hacer el viaje. Excellent service by transcribe, we took the cargo ferry to cross to Cozumel with our car, the super cheap price, if I remember correctly it was 500 Mexican pesos, for a Town country with 8 people on board. Very cheap indeed, I highly recommend this modality to go with your car to Cozumel more if it is a large family. You have to arrive 2 hours before the boat leaves to be able to make the trip.

You need to ride thorugh security check point, next drive into line with only car vehicles, then the eymployee of Transcaribe will come to you and fill in document about car and passengers. With this document you need to reach out the office (building ahead where you pay to cashier). We paid for car with driver and 2 passengers 653mxn. Then you need to go back to car and wait for ferry. The best is to be 2 hours before departue, so you won't miss your turn.
