★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y excelente surtido de refacciones para transmisiónes. Las turbinas que venden aquí si jalan. También venden los manuales ATSG. En el estacionamiento hay una seño que si no le das sus 20 varos (antes 10) se enoja jajaja.
Good service and excellent assortment of transmission parts. The turbines they sell here do pull. They also sell ATSG manuals. In the parking lot there is a lady that if you don't give her her 20 vari (before 10) she gets angry hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, hay que ir hasta allá para que te traten feo en persona también revisen sus tickets cobran de más y dan las refacciones equivocadas pedí el kit para una transmisión y me dieron un filtro que no era, me dan 5 litros y me cobran 6
They never answer the phone, you have to go there to be treated ugly in person, they also check their tickets, they overcharge and give the wrong parts. charge 6

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No brindan atención telefónica. Todo los teléfonos en internet no existen. Eso habla muy mal de una empresa. Ojalá pudieran mejorar ese aspecto, pues en ocasiones es mucha pérdida de tiempo asistir a la sucursal para que no tengan una refacción.
They do not provide telephone support. All phones on the internet do not exist. That speaks very badly of a company. I wish they could improve that aspect, because sometimes it is a waste of time to go to the branch so they don't have a spare part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno por que tienen buenos precios. Pero la atención le falta mucho por mejorar. Te atienden como si llevarán mucha prisa, las veces que he ido no hay gente y aún así no te explican bien ni te asisten bien . Por más que preguntaba, sentía que solo me daban el avión.
The place is good because they have good prices. But the attention needs a lot to improve. They serve you as if they were in a hurry, the times I've been there there are no people and still they don't explain well or assist you well. As much as I asked, I felt that they only gave me the plane.
