★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieren un transporte barato, salgan del aeropuerto y la calle esta a 3 min caminando. Esta empresa solo quiere el dinero de los turistas, dicen que no hay otras opciones de traslados, me dijeron que el pueblo mas cercano quedaba a 30 min sin embargo solo fueron 15 min y los precios son carísimos. Me puse a discutir acerca del servicio con el chofer y me sacó un sable/machete/cuchillo de 1 metro diciéndome que solo tengo que pagar y acatar porque este no es mi país. Solo un delincuente puede andar trabajando con un arma blanca e intimidando a las personas de esa manera. Llamé y hablé con el supervisor de la empresa, pero solo recibí unas disculpas, al parecer ellos están acostumbrados a esto, están coludidos y es parte de su cultura. Que pena llegar a un país tan lindo y ser recibida por gente así.
If you want cheap transportation, leave the airport and the street is a 3-minute walk away. This company only wants the tourists' money, they say that there are no other transfer options, they told me that the closest town was 30 minutes away, however it was only 15 minutes and the prices are very expensive. I started arguing about the service with the driver and he pulled out a 1-meter saber/machete/knife telling me that I just have to pay and comply because this is not my country. Only a criminal can go around working with a knife and intimidating people that way. I called and spoke with the company supervisor, but only received an apology, apparently they are used to this, they are in collusion and it is part of their culture. What a shame to come to such a beautiful country and be received by people like that.

I am very disappointed with the experience I had with Transporte Terrestre, we hired a tour package from one their people named Lazaro, he offered us this amazing package for a price and when we went on the tour it was not what he had offered us. It was a waste a money and most importantly a waste of time! When we contacted him he pretty much argued with us saying he never did such thing even though there were 12 witnesses. Now we know why they made us pay before the tour. Would not recommend to anyone. PS their taxi services are so expensive please walk outside the airport and get a taxi much cheaper!! Same with the tour packages.
