Pago por maniobras en paquetería para que suban mis paquetes a mi domicilio (es en planta alta) y aparte los cargadores me cobraron en efectivo $400 pesos o si no me dejarían mis cosas en la calle,, Appalling!! Payment for maneuvers in parcels so that my packages can be uploaded to my home (it is on the top floor) and apart from that, the shippers charged me $400 pesos in cash or else they would leave my things on the street,

Envié una motocicleta desde otra ciudad, donde me hicieron pagar un seguro que según ellos cubría los daños que llegara a sufrir durante el transporte. Al momento de recogerla ni siquiera la pude mover por todos los daños que le ocasionaron y aun con eso el gerente me dice que me daba dos días máximo para llevármela si no me empezarían a cobrar por el resguardo, por lo que tuve que pagar una grúa para poder llevármela. El colmo de todo es que el seguro no sirvió para nada, no me lo hicieron valido aun con todas las fotografías que envié para respaldar lo mal que llego mi motocicleta. Nunca usen esta empresa y menos paguen sus seguros fraudulentos por los que no son capaces de responder. I sent a motorcycle from another city, where they made me pay for insurance that, according to them, covered the damages that it might suffer during transport. When I picked it up I couldn't even move it because of all the damage it caused and even with that the manager told me that he would give me two days maximum to take it away if they wouldn't start charging me for the receipt, so I had to pay a tow truck so I can take her. The last straw is that the insurance was useless, they did not make it valid for me even with all the photographs I sent to support how badly my motorcycle arrived. Never use this company and less pay their fraudulent insurance for which they are not able to respond.
