★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es muy rápida, el mostrador es muy pequeño y no se respeta la distancia. La gente que va a llevar paquetes no trae bien puestos los cubre bocas y sumado al servicio tardado se acumula demasiado la gente lo cuál no sería tan importante tal vez si no hubiera COVID. Si tratas llamar para programar y agilizar tu entrega, no contestan los teléfonos o los descuelgan.
 The service is not very fast, the counter is very small and the distance is not respected. The people who are going to carry packages do not wear well covers, and added to the delayed service, too many people accumulate which would not be so important perhaps if there were no COVID. If you try to call to schedule and expedite your delivery, they don't answer the phones or they pick them up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se robaron tres cajas de productos y no saben ni siquiera donde están mal servicio y para acabar me contesta la de la recepción que haga lo que quiera. Nunca salieron de Naucalpan ahí se las robaron y nadien sabe tuve una pérdida de $30 mil pesos.
Three boxes of products were stolen and they do not even know where they are bad service and finally the one at the reception answers me to do what they want. They never left Naucalpan there they were stolen and no one knows I had a loss of $ 30 thousand pesos.

Bad experience, my package took 5 days, I spoke with the Naucalpan beaver manager and there was no solution, I had to track it down, the staff there, very despotic, I will not make shipments there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo por el envío es justo, sin embargo las dos veces que he llevado mercancía se olvidan de darme la INE. La primera vez se hicieron tontos y no me la quisieron dar y la segunda, la chica se molestó por pedírsela (lo molesto es que saben cuánto tardas en sacar una INE nueva y resulta que los molestos son ellos). Y para añadir en el segundo envío que hice, me faltó mercancía cuando llegó a su destino.
The cost for shipping is fair, however the two times I have brought merchandise they forget to give me the INE. The first time they played dumb and didn't want to give it to me and the second time, the girl was upset for asking for it (the annoying thing is that they know how long it takes to get a new INE and it turns out that they are the annoying ones). And to add to the second shipment I made, I was missing merchandise when it arrived at its destination.
