★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausencia de amabilidad por parte de quienes atienen taquillas. El chófer que lleva por nombre Luis Hernández unidad 4049 sin duda la persona más grosera y altanera de la terminal. Otro punto negativo es también que los chóferes suben demasiado pasaje en el transcurso del camino haciendo que los pasajeros vayan parados y amontonados, un riesgo para todos. Adicional como sugerencia, podrían poner canastillas a las urban para llevar cosas y así se evitaría amontonar las cosas de las personas en el pasillo dejando más espacio al subir o bajar de la unidad.
