Deberían de darles un poco más de capacitación, y entrenamiento en lo que son sus labores
The guards at the entrance, feel more than owners of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trabajo para trabajar de chofer, malísimo trabajo para trabajar de administrativo, no atienden las solicitudes de las personas que dedican mucho tiempo a esa empresa y por consecuente las personas no se sienten ni felices ni motivados en esa empresa... Podría resumirlo con esto: Contratan trabajadores para poder darles responsabilidades más allá de su entendimiento, y contratan a personal para poder echarle la culpa de los problemas en la empresa... Cruda realidad
Good job to work as a driver, a terrible job to work as an administrative, they do not respond to the requests of the people who dedicate a lot of time to that company and consequently people do not feel happy or motivated in that company ... I could summarize it with this : They hire workers to be able to give them responsibilities beyond their understanding, and they hire staff to be able to blame them for the problems in the company ... harsh reality
