★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, I called 3 times, 3 different days and same thing kept happening, they'd pick up the phone more than 1 hour later, also the three agents were unable to explain clearly, I was very patient because of the language barrier but none of them wanted to repeat it slowly, and they would hang up, no resolution at all, I had to pay with the airline an extra charge because I trusted the agency. The airline claimed that If I wanted to avoid that charge I had to call the agency and ask them to do the change I was looking for, however the agency was honestly USELESS, Never booking again with this agency, I understand probably 1 call and 1 agent, but it was too much, every agent was rude!
