Terrible service, whenever you want to ask something or complain they just tell you "read your contract well" they offer you cheaper prices and how are they $10 less with that they wash their hands, you have to pay in cash, they don't give months, there are no cancellations , they only give you "cheaper" prices in hotels by plane, it's the same, it's better to buy at hotels.com and also direct internet flights with the airline there IF there are benefits.
