Excellent location, fantastic suites with access to everything one needs in order to really being able to enjoy a stay away from home: a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable couch with TV, great mattrass with a fluffy spread and a very functional bathroom. Plus a modern, simplistic interior design that I really appreciated. I loved every minute! Plus, the staff is really nice, and the manager super professional. I would highly recommend a stay at TreeTop to anyone visiting Cozumel.

I have stayed at Treetop twice now and am already planning my next trip back. The location is perfect, you can walk and ride your bike in this extremely safe but local neighbourhood. There are some fantastic restaurants near by. We love coming and having our own space, quiet, relaxing with the most gorgeous property. The roof top is breath taking- You can spend a whole day up there!! Lounging by the pool then a bbq while watching the sunset. High water pressure in the suites, comfortable matresses, FULLY stocked kitchen. Coffee, salt n pepper and olive oil to get your started. I highly recommend this place!!

Elsa is one of the best hosts Ive ever stayed with! She went above and beyond in so many ways: She usually responds in minutes, has amazing recommendations, helped us with extra pots for a night we had a chef come (she actually went to the store and bought us brand new extras), got us extra keys when we asked, helped me find a physical therapist when my back got messed up, had a toaster oven sent up to us upon a request, helped ship me some items I accidentally left behind and she heard about a mix up for a friends birthday at the scuba shop and she sent balloons, flowers, and champagne to make up for something that wasnt her fault. I would stay here again just to have Elsa taking care of us! The apartments themselves are wonderful- probably one of the only places on the island with great, reliable wifi, a super cute rooftop that we grilled on, very safe and secure, brand new, AMAZINGLY comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, free bikes, smart TV, and wonderful sweet maids that came every day and were willing to help with anything! If youre a scuba diver and you stay here you get 10% off of Scuba Life Cozumel and they are the best on the island! Def check out Buccanos and Guidos for dinner if you stay here, they were so amazing! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND A STAY HERE! :-)

We went to have a look at this place in preparation for our next vacation. We didn't actually stay there. The place is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The pictures on their website are completely accurate! The suites are a nice size (we viewed 2 different ones) and have beautiful furniture, only queen beds but that didn't bother us. There are a lot of little things and attention to details like a beach bag with beach towels & salt, pepper & microdyne. They have bikes and locks for guests to use and there is off street parking. The common areas are extremely nice and there's a nice view from the rooftop deck. The pool is small but would be nice for cooling down on a hot day. The place seemed extremely secure. The only disappointment for us was that the units do not have microwaves. This unfortunately was a dealbreaker for us as we often have leftovers from dining out that we want to reheat or thaw something or want to reheat our coffee etc. We would have booked immediately if it wasn't for that.
