★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, el chessecake Caducado, reporte y me lo sustituirían. Tardaron mucho en resolver y cuando trataron de resolver a falta de conductor hicieron la entrega en Uber. Pagaron menos de la cantidad del viaje y el conductor molesto con nosotros porque le pagaramos lo que le quedaron a deber, no se quería retirar hasta que pagaramos. Llamé a la encargada de sucursal y me dice que lo pague yo y que me deposita más tarde el restante. Me negué a realizarlo y el conductor no se retiraba. Le pedí que llamará con quién solicitó el viaje, que el problema era con ellos, no mío.
La única respuesta por parte de ustedes, es una disculpa nuevamente... P.D. Tengo evidencia de todo. Primera y última vez que compro! ?
Terrible, the expired chessecake, report and they would replace it. They took a long time to solve and when they tried to solve the lack of a driver they made the delivery in Uber. They paid less than the amount of the trip and the driver annoyed with us because we paid him what was left to him, he did not want to withdraw until we paid. I called the branch manager and she told me to pay it myself and to deposit the remainder later. I refused to do it and the driver would not leave. I asked him to call who he requested the trip with, that the problem was with them, not mine.
The only response from you is an apology again ... P.S. I have evidence of everything. First and last time I buy! ?
