If you want to live in a condo where 12 hour non stop parties by spoiled Mexico City Snob Brats this is your spot! Balconies full of booze loud music and zero respect for the condos’ rules are the rule of thumb every weekend in this place. They have an amazing security guard that does NOTHING but watch youtube on his phone and of course, bribes the cops when they show to quiet down the home-based rave! But hey you won’t be bored!

Amazing complex with modern amenities, 2 pools, great gym, in a lush green area of town, 10 mins from the beach. We had a great time at Trinity! Highly recommended ❤️❤️

This apartment complex is so beautiful, the pools are amazing. There was just a lot of noise from people drinking and hanging out in the hall at night until 3am and I got no sleep.

Lovely apartment, nagging issues. Loft F is a beautiful apartment with 3 fine balconies, plenty of light and air, an excellent kitchen and sitting areas. The area within Aldea Zama is quieter than most and close to shops and restaurants. It's an easy walk into town. Images match the reality. Helpful, friendly concierge at the entrance. The building is secure and both pools are excellent - especially the large rooftop pool with fine views over the jungle at sunrise and sunset. Wi-Fi patchy which applies to most of Tulum. Small items disappoint - half the gym equipment missing or non-working. Nagging faults in the apartment were either slow to be fixed, or unrectified during a 4-week stay (mostly minor, but repeated promises to fix were mostly not satisfied - washing machine plumbing, toilet seat without securing screws, insect screens). Noise insultation through the locking door to the adjacent unit is poor, depending on the guests this might or might not be an issue (and probably for them too). Dealings with the landlord were unnecessarily combative and difficult - I notice at least three of the previous reviews are written by the landlord or staff. Could have been 5-stars so easily, but small things have disproportionate impact.

Awesome place, 2 pools, one gym, free bike, close enough to downtown and to the beach. Super safe with 24 hours security. Recommended.

Please stay AWAY from this place. We’ve been without water for now nearly 24 hours. After reaching out to Danielle (concierge) and Trinity (we assume the owner), they offered no resolution or suggestions as to how we can bathe or have access to a toilet. They are extremely negligent, and have been unconcerned about the overflowing toilets, and unsanitary standards that we have been experiencing. We haven’t been able to shower, use the toilets, cook, or clean. Not to mention, we’re on VACATION and this has now been an ongoing dilemma that we’ve had to deal with for a full day, in addition to the inconvenience of moving Airbnbs. We also have perishable foods and valuables we have to lug around until we check in to our next Airbnb at 3pm and the latest check-in we can get is 12pm? They’re planning to clean and re-rent this Airbnb even though the water is still not functioning?! After pressing them, they offered to refund us for unused days, which is the least they should’ve done to begin with. Literal response from the owner Trinity in reference to refunding us for unused days- “I didn’t have to do it” and “water is only one small fraction of the complex of services you are getting in staying at an Airbnb” The apartment is nice, but there are some extremely deceptive and unethical practices in play. Not to mention, both the ground level common area Pool and our private plunge pool was absolutely disgusting and unusable, there were used boxer briefs and clothes on the awning, and the place is infested with ants. We’ve been bathing in the pool and using our drinking water to wash ourselves. And still, they have not offered at the minimum - alternatives or a refund for the night we didn’t have running water. Wish we could also share a pic of the traveler’s diarrhea that is overflowing in the toilets. With all that being said, y’all will not survive this business like this. ✌?
