★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparto lo que publica Antonio Ortiz no cumplen con lo convenido, además no hacen los depósitos de la reservación, un conocido llegó al lugar de destino de sus vacaciones y el hotel no cumplía con lo establecido y se hicieron varios cambios de hotel en los que mencionaron que no habían hecho los pagos les querían cobrar y no estoy confundido de Agencia. Y al llegar al domicilio los empleados se contradecían. En lo personal no la Recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuevamente quedo decepcionada de ustedes ya que hace dos años contrate su servicio,des afortunadamente mi papa falleció y me comentaron que no podría llevar a otra persona en su lugar y cuando llegue al hotel aquamarina beach me comento el gerente que no hubiera existido ningún problema.
Aun así nuevamente contrate sus servicios ya que la señorita Balbina me contacto,compre el hospedaje en Septiembre del año pasado ,ella me convenció y también dijo que me ayudaría a buscar vuelos para la fecha de mi viaje que es en Mayo y es fecha que no tengo respuesta de nada.Cotizando otras paginas EXPEDIA el mismo hotel fechas y personas MAS VUELO!! me quedan en $16,584 y ustedes solo el hotel por $14,500
eso se me hace un abuso POR PARTE DE USTEDES y la falta de profesionalismo de la srita.capturo imagen.
espero mínimo me igualen o mejoren el precio que tienen Expidia.
o mi devolución inmediata.
Comentando que apenas lo cotice en Expedia y se supone que es semana santa tendría que ser mas caro que cuando yo lo compre con anticipación con USTEDES en Septiembre con anticipación de 8 meses.
